An agency’s staff can be one of it’s best assets in protecting data from cyber criminals, or it’s biggest liability. Through Social Engineering, cyber criminals send carefully crafted malicious phishing emails to you - or attempt other scams to gain access to data, install malware, or ransomware.
This course provides information and tips on how to recognize social engineering phishing scams, and all the other techniques hackers use. These essential tips and techniques can greatly enhance your personal and agency security online, so that you don’t fall prey to scams that jeopardize you or your agency.
The course also provides interactive quiz features and the opportunity to receive a certificate of completion.
